Welcome to our Website at www.academy.fcgoa.in (the “Website”). This Website is designed and operated by Goan Football Club Pvt. Ltd. (“FC Goa”). 

FC Goa is a company registered under CIN U92412GA2014PTC007496 in Porvorim, Goa, whose registered office is at FC Goa House, H.No.850, Off N.H.17, Porvorim North, Goa 403521 India. In these terms and conditions, “you” and “your” means you, the end-user of our Website.
By using www.academy.fcgoa.in, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions presented in this document (“Terms & Conditions”). These Terms & Conditions cover your usage of the Website. By accessing the Website, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Website. All the Terms & Conditions are to be read by you prior to using the Website. You should save and/or print out a copy of these Terms & Conditions for future reference.
The privacy of your personal data (your name, e-mail address, residential address and other contact details) is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how we may process your personal information.

The Privacy Policy, along with these Terms & Conditions that apply to your usage of certain areas of the Website (competitions, memberships etc.) shall be jointly referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”.

These Terms & Conditions comprise the entirety of the agreement between you and us. Any queries or clarifications about any of the Terms & Conditions may be directed to us by sending us an email at academy@fcgoa.in or writing to us at the address mentioned above and we shall try to respond to your query as soon as possible.

Course Information
 
  • Digital Academy is a program to help kids play / learn football at their own pace and in their own time.
  • The subscription fee is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances.
  • You may be charged a convenience fee for online payments.

 

1. Declarations

 

I hereby acknowledge and agree that the FC Goa Digital Academy is Supported by RB Leipzig is an online medium to help children in India learn football and train at home and/or at a location that is convenient to them. I will at all times ensure to follow the guidelines on preventing the spread of COVID-19 as per government guidelines.

I understand that there are risks associated with playing all sports and physical activities. In consideration for the privilege to use the online platform, I acknowledge the risk of any injuries that my child/children may sustain while participating in any activity for the FC Goa Digital Academy and for any injuries which my child/children may sustain while training during and/or after the sessions of the program. I also agree that FC Goa are in no way expected to provide or aid in medical assistance, should my child suffer any injury while taking part these sessions.
I ensure that my child is physically and mentally able to participate in physical activities and have been examined by a licensed medical physician within one (1) year prior to enrolling for this program.
I understand that this online program requires me to have an internet connection of a high bandwidth, and I shall not hold FC Goa liable for any issues with connectivity from my child’s end, be it due to inclement weather conditions, bill payment or any other circumstances.

I acknowledge that by giving the required contact details during registration, will entitle FC Goa to send me information about the Digital Academy and other activities / promotions related to the club.

The students will be advised to set up the training space as suggested by our coaches in the videos using football equipment or safe household items – as available to the participant. I assure that I will be supervising these training sessions and ensure that the space is safe and does not pose any hazard for my child/children.

As the children will be training at home, it won’t be the same as training in the football field. The surfaces may vary from home to home. For this very reason, please be careful about the footwear children are using for training and as football boots might be unsafe to wear on slippery surfaces.
 
 

2. Age Restrictions

 

Any one born before 1st Jan 2003 is not eligible to be a participant of the program and any one born after 1st Jan 2015 is not eligible to be a participant. I hereby undertake that my child/children are of the right age to take part in this program as mentioned in the communication put out on the website as well as emails / text messages sent to me.

Since the FC Goa Digital Academy is a platform for the benefit of children – we advise all users under 13 to consult their legal guardians or parents and take help from them in order to register to this website as well as take their help to access the content. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult. Any notifications including prize-winning entries will be sent to the legal guardians recognised during the registration process. The registration process will require a valid email address and contact number of a legal guardian or a parent. 

 

3. Upload Policy

 

You are able to post your own content on our site or through our service, including photos and videos. We don’t make any claim to ownership of the content, but you do give us a licence to use, display, exploit and sublicense it for any purposes associated with the provision of the website or the course. 

You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display your user uploads in all media formats and channels now known or later developed without compensation to you. When you post or otherwise share user content on or through our service, you understand that your content may be visible to the public.
 
 

4. Other Terms

 

These Terms and Conditions also apply to customers procuring Services in the course of business.

FC Goa officials and coaches will never ask you to make any payments in cash towards fees or other services and you are advised to avoid making any such payments.

I understand and agree that FC Goa’s obligation to you is to use reasonable care in selecting competent, independent third party suppliers / vendors / platforms to provide reasonable services related to the Digital Academy. You agree that FC Goa is not responsible for the actions or omissions of such sub-contractors or third party suppliers.

Login access granted to various online course material is not to be shared or further imitated or printed. Doing so will result in cancellation of the participant’s access. In such circumstances, no refund will be given.

The Terms & Conditions document shall be updated regularly. You are expected to visit the Terms & Conditions regularly to remain updated with the changes. You are requested to read the same and if you do not agree with any Terms & Conditions mentioned in the document, please do not use this website.

Access to the Website is granted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to make changes to the Website or remove part or all of the Website without notice. In case of scheduled or expedient maintenance, access to the Website may be suspended. Website access is contingent upon availability of the WorldWide Web and no responsibility shall be accepted by us in case of your inability to access our Website due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of Services available from FC Goa correspond to the actual Services that will be provided to you, we cannot be held responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the Services may vary depending on your individual requirements and circumstances. 

You are granted a non-exclusive, removable, limited right to access, view and print a single copy of this Website. All information, images, videos, text, posts, graphics, software content and other date on the Website, (“Materials) may be accessed on a single device, in line with this Agreement.

Your concerns, if found to be genuine, will be investigated thoroughly to check whether there has been a breach of our community content standards and/or these Terms & Conditions, may be removed or blocked at our discretion.
